We ran into a bunch of really interesting characters during our trip to New Orleans (if you haven't picked up on this yet.) Here was one of the more unique, it's a longer video, but the guys is pretty interesting - check it out!

No trip to New Orleans would be complete without supporting their NBA Team, the New Orleans Hornets. We went to the game vs. Shaq and the Suns. CP3 CP3 CP3!!!!
YAF spent an afternoon at Lee's house during the week. He has an incredible story, and even led our group in some songs and a prayer.
He was generous enough to provide our group with a TON of Craw-Daddys, here's a video with a little tutorial on how you eat one of those things...
